Are you interested in friendly competition and looking to take your squash game to the next level? Our 10-Week Squash League will begin January 19th! Free for active student members! Book your spot now through the Fanshawe Fitness Centre App. We will run two leagues, a recreational division and a competitive division! Registration closes January 15. League welcome will be Friday, January 16, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Come practice and meet other squash players!
Please ensure you add your availability when you register for the Squash League. We will try to accommodate every participant's schedule as much as possible. Matches for the upcoming week will be sent out on Friday morning. If you are unable to attend, please contact your opponent directly to reschedule. For any other inquires, visit the Fitness Centre front desk, or email wellness@fanshawec.ca. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE FITNESS CENTRE FRONT DESK ON OR BEFORE January 15.

Please wear clean indoor athletic shoes. You may only bring small items and water bottles inside. Change rooms with lockers are available, and you are required to bring your own locks.

Learn to Play Squash
You can now book your Learn to Play Squash classes through the Fanshawe Fitness Centre App! Each lesson lasts 1 hour, and you can book multiple sessions if needed. Discover proper techniques, learn the rules of the game, and improve your skills on the court!

Squash Workout
Squash is a great activity to get your heart rate up and build your hand eye coordination. Strength training can be a great way to complement your Squash sessions and to help prevent injuries.
