12 Days of Fitness

From one move to twelve — the ultimate festive fitness countdown

Get ready for a festive fitness countdown like no other! In The 12 Days of Fitness, you’ll complete a quick workout each day — and just like the song, the moves build as you go. On Day 1 you’ll do one exercise, on Day 2 you’ll do that day’s move plus Day 1’s move, and so on until you’ve built a fun, challenging routine by Day 12. It’s a great way to stay active, have fun, and feel amazing heading into the holidays.

How to Play:

  1. Complete your daily session — follow the move(s) listed for each day.

  2. Mark it off on your challenge PDF card after each workout.

  3. Keep going — each day you’ll add the new move to the previous ones.

  4. Submit your completed card to us by December 15th to be entered into our prize draw.​

How to Join:
Click the link below to register for the challenge. Once you’re in, we’ll send you your challenge card and release the daily activities starting December 1.
