A workshop focusing on the deadlift movement. Learn warm-up exercises and technique tips for both the conventional and sumo deadlift. You will have the opportunity to try both these exercises and receive feedback from a trainer to help improve your form and master the movement.

Topic 2: Introduction to Macronutrients
A workshop focusing on the squat movement. Learn warm-up exercises and technique tips for both the barbell back squat and the barbell front squat. You will have the opportunity to try both these exercises and receive feedback from a trainer to help improve your form and master the movement.

Topic 3: Healthy Nutrition Habits
A workshop focusing on the hip thrust and hinge movement. Learn warm-up exercises and technique tips for both the hip thrust and the kettlebell swing (hinging movement). You will have the opportunity to try both these exercises and receive feedback from a trainer to help improve your form and master the movement.

Topic 4: Portion Sizing & Building Your Plate
A workshop focusing on the bench press. We will focus on warmup ideas and technique tips and you will be able to try the exercise with trainers to help improve and perfect your bench press form. We will also demonstrate incline and decline options as well so you can include more variations with your bench press.
